Lord, teach us that without you
We are nothing at all
Without you, no one can stand tall
Without you, there is only death
Without you, we would be alone
in this cold and hostile universe,
and we would only fret and curse
without you, there would be no birds
to sing your praises from above,
no one to receive your blessing
and your boundless love
Without you, there is only anxiety and fear
and nothing really to hold dear
without you, there is only pain and strife
without you, there can be no life.

But with you at our side,
there are no bounds,
only love and joyous sounds
With you we have power, love
and great success
you'll Allow for nothing less
you give us power, and a healthy mind.
You'll permit no other kind.

If you be for us, who can be against me
you are the way, you are the key.

If we read the scriptures verse by verse
We can be masters of our Mini-Universe
You are the Power from ABOVE
You are our God
And you are Love
